| It was less than a decade ago that one could take a passenger train over the former Reading Company tracks that come into historic Gettysburg from Mount Holly Springs to the north. Those days are unfortunately long gone with this sign in front of the depot one of the few reminders of one of the many tourist railroads that operated in the Keystone State. The last passenger train left Gettysburg in 2008, the railroad now only operating freight. |
