| Layout. Here is an original photo that I took of my Lionel Lines Layout in the basement of my Parents' home in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, during January of 1966. Shown here is a night/time-exposure/close-up view of a Lionel Lines GG-1 electric locomotive pulling a four-car passenger train out of the Plasticville Railroad Station. Note the white pieces of wood under the metal ties: I installed them to bank the track around curves and, thereby, reduce the number of speeding locomotives taking flight to the floor. |
