| CN local crosses a frozen Mud Creek via the former C&NW bridge at Fox Crossing, WI (formerly Town of Menasha, WI until 14 Apr. '16) on 1 Jan. '17. The train was probably going to work Appleton, Little Chute, and Kaukauna and had two locomotives CN 7027 and GTW 5836. The bridge was built by Wisconsin Bridge & Iron Co., North Milwaukee, WI, in 1923. Some of the timber bents for the former SOO bridge (also still in use by CN) are visible in the background. |
