Zach Pumphery	General	Doesn't NS own some of it around Mt. Carmel? Last month I got to drive right beside the ROW south of there around Cowling, look for the photos! The rails are still in the pavement in Grand Chain, I took a photo of them just last week, while my sister was in college, she lived less then a block from them!
