Matt Hultman General No actually it's not. DM&E bought 30+ ex CP SD40's and upgraded them to Dash 3 Specs. This is one of those 30. The IC&E Unpatched units clearly stated IC&E on the sides. 8/16/2015 3:18:51 AM
