| After the empty table train we had enough time to get across Elburn, IL and see the Metra yard there. The Metra unit that had the Jimmy Johns Subs paint was there but it was not in a place where we could photograph it. So we moved to the other side of town near the large grain elevator and saw we had yet another westbound coming at us. An eastbound also decided to show up, and we didnt know which one was going to get to us first. Thinking that it might be the freight we moved to the other side of the tracks and caught UP 7691 leading a westbound coal train as our 16th train of the evening on the shadow side of the tracks. |
