CSX Q262 starts to/slow down a bit as it crosses Pump Rd located at QC 308.96 on the CSX Rochester Subdivision. It had an Approach signal at CP 308 and then a Stop signal at CP 306 due to track work. The lead unit is a former Conr`il locomotive.
