| First Slovak railway company, Inc. (PSŽ, Inc.) was founded in May 2003 as private company. The 240 039 had a severe fire damage in July 2007. It was rebuilt and went back into operation four years later. Class 240 were originaly built as Class S499 by Škoda and came later to ZSSK (Železnicná spolocnost Slovensko), the state railway of Slovakia. |
