Here is page two of a three-page article by Raymond P. Delano, Jr., entitled "How Half A Locomotive Ran Away." It was published originally in the Winter 2003 issue of "Keystone" magazine, page 53. Caption For Both Photos: "#6110 on the Altoona Test Plant, April 20, 1944." Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6110, a T-1 (4-4-4-4) "Duplex" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during April of 1942 and retired in December of 1953 after just 11 years of revenue service.
