| NS 8156 brings up the rear of NS 174! DPU on the Newcastle! NS 174 for the past couple of months has been running to Elkhart via Bellevue on the Sandusky District due to the train carrying Bellevue bound traffc. Because the train had gotten so long, they started adding a DPU unit to the rear. Now since NS has gotten it into their heads that Bellevue is a total screw up, they have began to send NS 174 this way again, and are testing the DPU on this side! Will be a treat to catch these trains frequently with DPU units! |
