The Wanda Lee
The "Wanda Lee", or car 3100 was originally built as an Army medical service car 89526 in 1954 by the St. Louis Car Company. It was rebuilt by Amtrak into a "Le Pub" bar-lounge car 3406 to be used on the Montrealer. When the pub and dance floor were removed, Amtrak converted it into a cafe-lounge car. After being moved to the museum, the car was refurbished and repainted, then named in honor of our directors late wife, Wanda Lee Campbell.--courtesy the museum website
