Cool shot, just about to hit the diamonds. The concrete arch was a catenary support for the Grand Trunk, a program that Henry Ford wanted to implement to electrify that road. It didn't go very far. To my knowledge, the plan was never carried out beyond the supports being installed. Home page 01-20-2019
