| The final train of my stay at the station was loaded coal train CP 813. CP 812/CP 813 are daily coal trains between the Columbia Energy Center Powerplant just outside of Portage, WI and UP at Lacrosse, WI. These trains always have 1 UP up front and 1 UP on the back. Just comes to show you that coal still lives as an everyday need with these trains running everyday! |
