We (or I guess just I) got midway through the course before I heard the westbound Empire Builder come to town. Knowing that this would probably be my last train I would catch in the Dells, I raced out of the Mini Golf grounds and went over and shot the train on the Wisconsin River bridge. With all the plant life and the bridge in this shot I think it turned out pretty well! Nathanael and Toby ended up tying for 1st place in the game, I was 2nd, and my Aunt was 3rd. After mini golf, we went to see Rick Wilcox magic show, which was very cool, and went to Buffalo Phils restaurant in Lake Dolton. Model trains serve your food at that restaurant, and we were served by a bluebonnet ATSF GP30. I ate steak there and I would say it was one of the best ones I have ever had! If your a train lover I recommend you eat here! Good food and a neat style of service! Now onto tomorrows fun along CN at Byron Hill! |
