This locomotive was built by the American Locomotive Company as number "4" for the Waynesburg & Washington Railroad during May of 1916. When the PRR acquired the three-foot gauge WWRR in 1920, it was renumbered "9684." After being stored in the Northumberland Roundhouse for many years, it was put on display at the Green County Fairgrounds. Partially visible underneath is PRR F-30A flatcar #474511. Henry C.
