Chris Edwards General CSX did some rebuilds for NS in the early 2000's for NS and or provided the APU's/auto starts for these locomotives. That is why it has the CSX sticker. This was an NS unit that was auctioned off about a year and half ago in Roanoke, VA. 2/3/2019 4:29:10 PM
