Here is duplicate 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, on 11 October 1957. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #297, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an H-8B during January of 1911, rebuilt as an H-8SB in July of 1919, later rebuilt as an H-9S, and retired in February of 1960 after 49 years' service.
