UP 7822 leads a westbound manifest under gloomy skies         
I stopped off in Rochelle for a little bit while en route to my storm chase target in northern Illinois. This westbound came up almost immediately. After it cleared I packed up and started to leave, only to watch an eastbound intermodal roll by.
