Photo Caption: "Shifter 31 was awaiting I.C.C. O.K. when this photo was taken at East Strasburg depot (ex-Reading station from East Petersburg)." Strasburg Rail Road engine #31 is an 0-6-0 shifter built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during August of 1908. Visible on the left is SRC engine #1, an 0-4-0 HL-20 locomotive built by Plymouth during October of 1926. |
