Here is a photo that was published originally in the July 1968 issue of "Railroad" magazine, page 13. Partial Caption: "Two of the fourteen granite eagles which used to grace New York's Pennsylvania Station, now gone, have come home to roost.... Here, one of the eagles brought back to Seventh Ave., New York, winks appreciatively at Reina Buam, who inspects this stark new pedestal in front of the sports arena and office building which replaces Penn Station." The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded.
