Ed Cooper General SSW #819 was built by the Cotton Belt in the Pine Bluff Shops. It was released for service on February 8, 1943. It was the last new Cotton Belt steam locomotive and was retired to a city park in Pine Bluff in 1955. 5/31/2007 10:27:40 AM
