Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5771 and four more passenger "Sharks" whose road numbers are not recorded. All are BP-20's built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 2,000 horsepower each. #5771 was built in June of 1948 and retired in May of 1965 after just 17 years of service. Note the "Mars" headlight. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded. Produced and distributed by FJC Products of Newport, DE. |
