Tim Darnell General Wow, not much left. 6/4/2020 12:46:34 PM
Jonathan Alternate General Good gracious! Thank goodness no one was occupying this locomotive. The conductor of the striking K916 tragically lost his life even after jumping off of the train, and the other three crew members had to be treated. A very saddening sight. My (very late) condolences go out to the deceased conductor and the rest of the crew members. 6/4/2020 4:36:56 PM
Roger Roger General The reason why the engine looks like this was even though it was the trailing engine on the manifest, after the collision, freight cars piled up on top of it. The other engines didn't suffer as much damage, especially not the lead engines. Really sad to hear the conductor passed away. Considering the damage to the lead locomotive, the crew shouldn't have bailed out 8/4/2021 2:54:06 PM
