Here is page one of a two-page article by John L. DeLaney entitled "A Shipper Talks To Railroaders." It was published originally in the May 1955 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, page 26. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1196, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8SB during May of 1912, rebuilt as an H-9S in May of 1925, and retired in September of 1959 after 47 years of faithful service.
