Speeder rides leaving from the Belleville depot on the former Illinois Central line from Madison, WI to Freeport, IL. The line had been abandoned for almost a decade at this point and the track was pulled later that year.

I remember when this line was ripped up, but was the entire line intact from Freeport up to Madison until 1999?
