Lorenz. Here is a photo via Bob Lorenz that was taken near Crestline, Ohio, in 1952. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5407, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during February of 1927 and retired in February of 1955 after 28 years of faithful service. Photo Caption: "One of the last K-4's out of Crestline." Note the Train Phone apparatus atop the tender. (Gift from Brad Mann.) |
