Beautiful 4-6-4 Hudson type steam locomotive built by Alco-Brooks in March of 1927. In August of 1946, the front smoke deflectors (nicknamed "elephant ears") were installed giving the loco a European styling. The loco lasted until finally being sold for scrap to Lederer Iron and Steel in September of 1956. Specs - serial #67213, class L-1a, 73" drivers, 215 psi boiler pressure, 25x26" cylinders, approximate engine weight of 316,500 lb, tractive effort of 42,681 lb.
