WE 109 shoves toward WestRock.         
The cars down below are stored on what used to be the eastbound. The westbound is a trail and the crew is on the old General Electric lead. They will pull the outbound cars and set them and the tanks from Crowley over towards the old GE plant. Then they will spot the 2 boxcars next to the engine.
