Here is page one of a four-page article by Aaron Fryer entitled "Shamokin On The PRR Provides A Corner Setting." It was published originally in the August 1961 issue of "Model Railroader" magazine, page 24. Partial Caption: "The train crews are dispatched from Shamokin engine yard, so a few cabooses are on hand." Partially visible here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7347, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the American Locomotive Company during July of 1913 and retired in February of 1960 after 47 years of faithful service.
