Built as Pennsylvania RR 21 roomette sleeper #8287 Tyrone Inn (Lot 9667-024/Plan 9513, Budd 1949) renamed to James Hay Reed in 1956, shortly after renamed again to B.F. Jones (2nd), rebuilt to #1524 in 1963 (64 seats with 12 seat smoker), to PC #1524, sold in 1976 to SEMTA #110 Berkley and rebuilt to 82 seats then leased in 1984 to Metro-North, later resold to MARC and converted in 1994 to HEP as #140 Tyrone Inn, retired in 2001 and later sold to the Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum, resold in 2011 to Iowa Pacific as SLRG #140 Tyrone Inn and assigned to Saratoga & North Creek with AMT #800767.
