Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6855, an M-1 (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during September of 1926 and retired in September of 1949 after 23 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. John S. Fisher Collection; #22 of 30.
