WB. Here is an image of a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, in 1948. Shown here (L to R) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9547, an "EF" Class B unit, plus a pair of Fairbanks-Morse ERIE-A units. #9547 is an EH-15 built by GM-EMD in November of 1948, rated at 1,500 horsepower, later rebuilt as an EF-15A, and retired in December of 1963 after just 15 years of service. They're passing SLOPE Tower with a long string of hopper cars on their way up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin, where the first two units will be uncoupled and returned to East Altoona for their next assignment.
