| Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of (L to R) Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9778 and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. All were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9778 is an EF-15A constructed in February of 1951. Looks to me like this photo was taken from the last car of a train moving in the same direction. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded.
