| This image illustrates the expanded radiator capacity on newly-remanufactured Fortescue Metals Group AC44C6M 117, compared with the normal radiator compartment on CSX AC4400CWM 7033. The locomotives were on the Wabtec test track just north of the builder’s plant at Fort Worth. The FMG unit had been rebuilt from a BNSF C44-9W and would be going to Western Australia to haul iron ore. |
