Making the New Ties Fit Correctly
NJTR TB 152 just before the Holland Avenue grade crossing and leveling the spot where new ties will be installed. This is my description of this machine from seeing it operate here. Nothing official. Other Maint. of Way equipment is seen behind TB 152
