PRR 7699, H-4, 1925         
Here is a photo via Paul W. Prescott that was taken in New Castle, Pennsylvania, in 1925. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7699, an H-4 (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as Cleveland & Pittsburgh Railroad number "699" during 1900, renumbered PRR "7699" in 1902, and retired in May of 1926 after 26 years of faithful service.
