PRR 5882, EP-20, c. 1966
Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, c. 1966. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #5882 and #5874. Both are EP-20's built by GM-EMD in April of 1949 and rated at 2,000 horsepower each. Note the contrast between the "old" and the "new" paint schemes.
