| Beautiful looking large photo of Baltimore & Ohio caboose C-1221 that was spotted at the Frostburg, MD station. No date or photogrpaher was listed for this photo. From comments online, it appears that this caboose was scrapped sometime around or before 2006. Does anyone know for a fact that it was scrapped? And why would that be done? |
