Hagerstown. Here is an image of the first of two successive photos that were taken near Hagerstown, Maryland. In the background is the now-abandoned steam-era coaling tipple belonging to the Pennsylvania Railroad. In front of it is an orphaned PRR "coast-to-coast" steam locomotive tender that appears to have been converted into an oil tanker.
