Blackhawk. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly that was taken at the Passenger Station in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, in April of 1970. Photo Caption: "DS 4-4-660, Pennsylvania No. 8374. Phoenixville, Pa. April, 1970." Penn Central #8374 is a DS 4-4-660 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as Pennsylvania Railroad number "9003" in March of 1949, rated at 660 horsepower, renumbered "7803" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, and later renumbered "8374." This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Baldwins in Action ~ On North-Eastern Railroads" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (892-03).
