Here is the bottom portion of a one-page article entitled "What's Happening To The RPO Cars?" It was published originally in the 1 December 1967 issue of "The Pennsy," page 5. Right-Hand Photo Caption: "Below, a Fast Mail of 1869 pauses for its portrait near McVeytown, Pa. The locomotive, No. 85, was a Norris, built in 1854 and rebuilt at Altoona in 1865." Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #85, a 4-4-0 ""American" built by the Norris Locomotive Works during 1854, rebuilt in Altoona in December of 1865, and retired by November of 1874 after 20 years of faithful service.
