| Taking a spin on the turntable at Alamosa is K-36 486. 486 was built by Baldwin in 1925. It was retired in 1962 and donated to Canon City, CO in 1967. 486 was placed on display at Royal Gorge Park. During the 1990s, it was traded with K-37 499 and sent to the Durango & Silverton. 486 then ran for several years on the D&S and is currently out of service. |
