| At the roundhouse at Alamosa was 1930 built K-37 499. It was originally Standard Gauge 2-8-0 1125. 499 was retired in 1970 and stored in Alamosa. In 1981 it was sold to the Durango & Silverton. During the 1990s, it was traded with K-36 486 and moved to Royal Gorge Park near Canon City where it is currently on display. |
