| We were en route to Cleveland mid October, and made a point of seeing some things on the way. One of them, a long time bucket list item, was to see Frank Lloyd Wrights Dana Thomas house in Springfield. It happens, the home is adjacent to the ex Alton Route now used by Amtrak Lincoln Service. As were were looking for a place to park, train 303 was making his stop there. I was able to get a quick shot off before we went on the tour. |
