| Caught by an unknown photographer as it stood still in an unidentified locaiton, this massive and long 2-10-2 Santa Fe type steam locomotive was built by Baldwin in May of 1926 as B&O #6223. The loco served for nearly 29 years before being retired and scrapped in 1955. Original specs - 64" drivers, 220 psi boiler pressure, 30x32" cylinders, engine wt of 436,510 lb and tractive effort of 84,300 lb.
