Nice example of an Alco-Schenectady 2-6-6-2 Mogul Mallet type steam locomotive built originally as Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh #700. In 1932, the loco was absorbed into the B&O roster and renumbered BO #7500.It lasted until being scrapped in September of 1949 after nearly 35 total years of service. Original specs - 57" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressuer, 23.5x37" high pressure cylinders, 37x32" low pressure cylinders, engine wt of 429,000 lb and an impressive 80,000 lb tractive force.
