With the recent eradication of trilight signals along the CSX Indianapolis Line Subdivision between Marion, OH and Union City, OH, I have been in search of getting as many of these late 80s early 90s installment signals as possible. While in no danger yet, the signals along the much busier Greenwich Subdivision were the target of this years birthday trip. I got up early in the morning and started my 2 1/2 hour journey east to Greenwich where I would try to get every single pair of signals between Greenwich and Berea. It began to get light before I ended up getting to CSX, however, and when I crossed over the NS Sandusky District on US 30 at Bucyrus I noticed NS 277 parked underneath the bridge with a pair of BNSF units. I decided to not let that go to waste and quick grabbed a shot of the train before continuing to CSX at Greenwich. |
