Here is a photo via Paul W. Prescott that was taken in New Castle, Pennsylvania, in April of 1932. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7460, an H-8SA (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an H-8A during June of 1910, rebuilt in Juniata as an H-8SA in April of 1917, and retired in November of 1948 after 38 years of faithful service.
