Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Youngstown, Ohio, in September of 1948. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4251, an I-1S (2-10-0) "Decapod" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during June of 1923, rebuilt as an I-1SA in November of 1948, and retired in September of 1952 after 29 years of faithful service.
