Northbound Auto Train With FXE 4612 and FXE 4614 ES44AC GEVO's  Contributor's Pick!
Headed under US Highway 60 was UP Train ATXASX 08 with a couple Ferromex Locomotives up front. Pretty cool since it's not common for them to be the sole power for trains this far north. They brought some warm Mexican air with them since it was around 70 degrees today.

Zach Pumphery General They're still new, but you saw them en route to delivery. Pretty cool to see. 3/8/2007 10:06:59 PM
David Mead General Its always great to see virgin liveries - and to have these two coupled have produced a very good record shot - considering it is what we called a "grab" shot in UK, I think we can be excused the protruding pole between the units (!) - however, perhaps in the computer framing, could some of the field be trimmed? I like the red and green which gives a suttle contrast plus the white flash name - unusual choice but providing its kept clean - will always make for good photography. 3/9/2007 3:23:58 AM
Garth McMains General Nice one Zach! I saw FXE 4644 Sunday witha UP SD70M and an NS SD70M. Too bad it was trailing both of them! 3/13/2007 12:09:05 PM
